Wetlands <br /> Per the Wetland Permit Application prepared by Kjolhaug Environmental Services <br /> prepared on September 13, 2021, a WCA Notice of Decision for wetland delineation was <br /> issued by RCWD on September 7, 2021. Wetland impacts will be mitigated via the purchase of wetland bank credits <br /> from the City of Blaine Wetland Bank#1664. <br /> The wetlands are not within the Wetland Management Corridor(WMC) so WMC <br /> wetland buffers are not required. <br /> Staff Comments: <br /> 1. Standard drainage &utility easements IOft wide shall be recorded over Wetlands <br /> 1 and 2. <br /> 2. Wetlands 4 and 5 are anticipated to be impacted and mitigated with future <br /> development and do not require easements at this time. <br /> Shoreland District <br /> The development is not located in the Shoreland District. <br /> Floodplain <br /> There is no FEMA floodplain on site. <br /> Anoka County Highway Department <br /> Anoka County Highway Department reviewed the preliminary plat and has no concerns <br /> with the plat as proposed. <br /> 12 <br />
