The color palette consists of earth tone dark gray, brown, light tan <br />brick, light gray fiber cement panel and dark bronze flashing. The materials and percentages <br />are compliant with performance standards. <br /> <br />The building height is 18’ 0” which is less than that maximum 45 ft allowed. <br /> <br />A trash enclosure is proposed on the north side of the building. Construction details provided <br />on Sheet A200 indicate dark ironspot brick and champagne brick to match the main building. <br />The gate is a dark composite wood swing gate that has 100% opacity. The enclosure is 8’ 0” in <br />height. The trash enclosure meets performance standards. <br /> <br />Per Sheet A300, the mechanical equipment is located on the rooftop and screened by a <br />mechanical screen.
