CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 21-25 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING WATERMARK CITY PARK OPERATIONS AND <br />MAINTENANCE AND STORMWATER RE-USE AGREEMENT <br /> <br /> <br />WHEREAS, on April 12, 2021 the City Council passed Resolution No. 21-20 approving <br />Watermark 4th Addition PUD Final Plan/Final Plat; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a condition of approval requires the execution of a City Park Operations and <br />Maintenance and Stormwater Re-Use Agreement between the Developer and the City of Lino <br />Lakes. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by The City Council of The City of Lino Lakes <br />hereby approves the City Park Operations and Maintenance and Stormwater Re-Use Agreement <br />between US Home Corporation and the City of Lino Lakes for Watermark and authorizes the <br />Mayor and City Clerk to execute such agreement on behalf of the City. <br /> <br />Adopted by the Council of the City of Lino Lakes this 12th day of April, 2021. <br /> <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was introduced by Council Member <br />_______________and was duly seconded by Council Member ________________ and upon <br />vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />The following voted against same: <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />_______________________________ <br />Rob Rafferty, Mayor <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />________________________ <br />Julianne Bartell, City Clerk <br /> <br />
