Surfacewater management systems including a Lake ("Lake") have been located <br />on property owned by the Neighborhood Association and legally described as: <br /> <br /> Outlots E and G, Watermark and Outlot D, Watermark 4th Addition, Anoka County, <br />Minnesota (the "Outlots"). <br /> <br />B. The Lake is encumbered by a public Drainage and Utility easement in favor of the <br />City of Lino Lakes. <br /> <br />C. The City owns and maintains a City park (“City Park” along the west end of the <br />Lake located on Outlot C, Watermark 4th Addition, Anoka County, Minnesota. <br /> <br />D. The City has required that retained surfacewater be used to provide irrigation water <br />to the common elements within the Watermark residential community (the "Common Elements")
