CITY OF LINO LAKES <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 21-65 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING CHANGE ORDER NO. 1 <br />2021 STREET IMPROVEMENT PROJECT <br /> <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to resolution 21-07 of the Council adopted on February 8, 2021, awarding <br />the contract for the 2021 Street Improvement Projects to T.A.
