One Mission. <br />Lino Lakes Public Safety Critical Incident Response <br />Critical Incident <br />A critical incident is defined as any incident involving great bodily harm or death of an <br />individual involving actions initiated or taken by a Lino Lakes Police Officer;any incident <br />that represents the potential for significant civil or criminal liability to the officer(s)or the <br />Department;any incident which might inflict adverse or uncommon emotional or <br />psychological stress upon the officer(s)involved;and any officer involved shooting or use <br />of deadly force. <br />Examples of a critical incident would include,but would not be limited to: <br />•Officer involved shootings, <br />•Other incidents involving use of deadly force <br />•Vehicle pursuits and other officer involved actions resulting in great bodily harm or <br />death <br />•Events presenting the risk of significant civil liability.
