One Mission. <br />Lino Lakes Public Safety Critical Incident Response <br />Roles of Agency, BCA, Administrative Investigations, etc. <br />Role of LLPSD <br />•Investigators will be called in to handle the investigation of the initial incident.They will <br />assist in identifying witnesses and obtain basic initial information.Our investigators will <br />prepare the cases for prosecution should it be warranted. <br />Role of ACSO Crime Lab <br />•Crime Lab will respond to secure the scene and preserve evidence and witnesses for the <br />BCA if need be. <br />Role of BCA <br />•The BCA will handle the investigation of the critical incident and present their findings <br />to the County Attorney that will be handling the review for possible criminal charges.
