<br />8 <br /> <br />14. No manure shall be spread in floodplains or wetlands. <br />15. No manure bins, manure storage, or portable animal shelters shall be located in the <br />wetlands or floodplain. <br />16. No manure waste shall be stored or spread within 50 ft of a wetland. <br />a. A 50 ft wide vegetated wetland buffer shall be maintained. <br />17. No manure shall be spread on pastures with more than one (1) horse per two (2) <br />acres. <br />18. Any future improvements required for restrooms shall be ADA compliant. <br />19. The total combined square footage of the portable animal shelters or loafing sheds <br />shall not exceed 1,200 sf. <br />20. The Subject Site is subject to City Ordinance Chapter 503, Animal Control <br />Regulations and shall be in compliance at all times. <br />21. A building permit or zoning permit is required for all future building construction or <br />portable animal shelters. <br />22. The commercial stable operations shall be contained within the Property. <br />a. Horseback riding in or along any road right-of-way shall be kept to a <br />minimum. <br />b. Animal waste deposited in or along any road right-of-way shall be removed <br />immediately. <br />23. The City may inspect the Property on an annual basis. <br />24. Noise emanating from the Property shall be in compliance with all pertinent City and <br />other agency regulations including but not limited to the State of Minnesota Pollution <br />Control Standards, Minn. Rules Ch. 7030, as it may be amended from time to time. <br />a. No person shall engage in activities involving the use of any kind of electric, <br />pneumatic, diesel or gas-powered machine or other power equipment except <br />as follows: <br /> <br />7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. Monday through Friday <br />9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Saturday <br />No activity allowed Sunday and federal holidays <br /> <br />25.
