Hyd rant has <br />been added. <br />4. Elevators are large enough to accommodate stretchers and gurneys. Elevators are wide <br />enough. <br /> <br />Findings of Fact <br /> <br />The Findings of Fact for the PUD Final Plan/Final Plat are detailed in Resolution No. 20-94. <br /> <br />RECOMMENDATION <br /> <br />The Planning & Zoning Board reviewed the PUD Final Plan/Final Plat on August 12, 2020. <br />The Board recommended approval of the development with a 6-0 vote. <br /> <br />The City Council reviewed the final plans at the September 8, 2020 Work Session. <br /> <br />ATTACHMENTS <br /> <br />1.
