CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 21-82 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING STORMWATER RE-USE AGREEMENT FOR <br />LYNGBLOMSTEN AT LINO LAKES ADDITION <br /> <br /> <br />WHEREAS, on July 26, 2021 the City Council passed Resolution No. 20-94 approving <br />Lyngblomsten at Lino Lakes Addition PUD Final Plan/Final Plat; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the approval required the execution of a Stormwater Re-Use Agreement between <br />the Developer and the City of Lino Lakes. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by The City Council of The City of Lino Lakes <br />hereby approves the Stormwater Re-Use Agreement between Lyngblomsten at Lino Lakes, LLC <br />and the City of Lino Lakes and authorizes the Mayor and City Clerk to execute such agreement <br />on behalf of the City. <br /> <br />Adopted by the Council of the City of Lino Lakes this 26th day of July, 2021. <br /> <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was introduced by Council Member <br />_______________and was duly seconded by Council Member ________________ and upon <br />vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />The following voted against same: <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />_______________________________ <br />Rob Rafferty, Mayor <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />________________________ <br />Julianne Bartell, City Clerk <br /> <br />
