Consider Resolution No. 21-68, Denying a Variance to Increase the Number 55 of Animal Units – City Planner Larsen noted that the applicant has requested a continuation to allow 56 for councilmembers to visit the property. The council concurred with the request. 57 Councilmember Stoesz moved to postpone consideration of Resolution No. 21-67 and Resolution No. 58 21-68 to the August 9, 2021 council meeting. Councilmember Ruhland seconded the motion. Motion 59 carried on a voice vote. 60 6B) Glamos Wire, Inc. (2300 Main Street): i. Consider Resolution No. 21-69 Approving 61 Conditional Use Permit for Open and Outdoor Storage; ii. Consider Resolution No. 21-70 Approving 62 Site Improvement Performance Agreement – City Planner Larsen reviewed a PowerPoint presentation 63 that included information on: 64 - Request for conditional use to allow for open and outdoor storage; 65 - Background; 66 - Zoning; 67 - Site Plan; 68 - Fencing plan; 69 - Outdoor Storage Requirements; 70 - Alternative screen request of applicant (not recommended by staff and Planning and Zoning 71 Board); 72 - Findings of Fact (consistency, etc); 73 - Planning and Zoning Board recommended approval with waiver of shrub requirement. 74
