The council concurred with the request. 57 <br />Councilmember Stoesz moved to postpone consideration of Resolution No. 21-67 and Resolution No. 58 <br />21-68 to the August 9, 2021 council meeting. Councilmember Ruhland seconded the motion. Motion 59 <br />carried on a voice vote. 60 <br />6B) Glamos Wire, Inc. (2300 Main Street): i. Consider Resolution No. 21-69 Approving 61 <br />Conditional Use Permit for Open and Outdoor Storage; ii. Consider Resolution No. 21-70 Approving 62 <br />Site Improvement Performance Agreement – City Planner Larsen reviewed a PowerPoint presentation 63 <br />that included information on: 64 <br />- Request for conditional use to allow for open and outdoor storage; 65 <br />- Background; 66 <br />- Zoning; 67 <br />- Site Plan; 68 <br />- Fencing plan; 69 <br />- Outdoor Storage Requirements; 70 <br />- Alternative screen request of applicant (not recommended by staff and Planning and Zoning 71 <br />Board); 72 <br />- Findings of Fact (consistency, etc); 73 <br />- Planning and Zoning Board recommended approval with waiver of shrub requirement. 74
