COUNCIL MINUTES DRAFT 3 Councilmember Cavegn asked if the shrub waiver would be all sides and Ms. Larsen said yes. It’s a backyard type 78 privacy fence. 79 Councilmember Stoesz noted the 35% security requirement and asked who would receive the deposit? 80 Ms. Larsen said the City will receive and hold that standard deposit; it’s normally done within a year. 81 Mayor Rafferty noted that he visited the property and saw the operation. It’s a good commercial 82 operation that is utilizing an existing building in the City. 83 Councilmember Stoesz moved to approve Resolution No. 21-69 and Resolution No. 21-70 as 84 presented. Councilmember Lyden seconded the motion. There were several permit requests approved on the Consent Agenda today.
