COUNCIL MINUTES <br />DRAFT <br /> <br />3 <br />Councilmember Cavegn asked if the shrub waiver would be all sides and Ms. Larsen said yes. It’s a backyard type 78 <br />privacy fence. 79 <br />Councilmember Stoesz noted the 35% security requirement and asked who would receive the deposit? 80 <br />Ms. Larsen said the City will receive and hold that standard deposit; it’s normally done within a year. 81 <br />Mayor Rafferty noted that he visited the property and saw the operation. It’s a good commercial 82 <br />operation that is utilizing an existing building in the City. 83 <br />Councilmember Stoesz moved to approve Resolution No. 21-69 and Resolution No. 21-70 as 84 <br />presented. Councilmember Lyden seconded the motion.
