Consider Resolution No. 21-82 approving Stormwater <br />Re-Use Agreement <br /> <br />VOTE REQUIRED: 3/5 <br /> <br />INTRODUCTION <br /> <br />In May 2020, the applicant, Lyngblomsten at Lino Lakes, LLC, submitted a land use <br />application for PUD Final Plan/Final Plat for development of Phase 1, the senior living <br />community. The Planning & Zoning Board reviewed the PUD Final Plan in June, July and <br />August 2020. The City Council reviewed the final plans at the September 8, 2020 Work <br />Session. Since then, City staff, the applicant, their design team and Anoka & Ramsey Counties <br />have been working through the COVID pandemic finalizing plans and terms of the <br />Development Agreement. <br /> <br />Overall, the PUD Final Plans are the same as presented at the September 2020 Work Session. <br /> <br />This staff report is based on the following submittals: <br /> <br />• Revised PUD Development Stage Plan/Preliminary Plat Submittal (80 plan sheets) <br />prepared by Wold Architects & Engineers, Loucks and AJA, Inc. revision date July 14, <br />2021 received by City on July 20, 2021 <br />• PUD Final Plan/Final Plat Submittal (128 plan sheets) prepared by Wold, Loucks and <br />AJA, Inc. revision date July 14, 2021 received by City on July 20, 2021 <br />• Revised Storm Water Management Report, prepared by Anderson-Johnson Associates <br />revision date July 14, 2021 <br />• SWPPP prepared by Anderson-Johnson Associates, Inc. dated October 4, 2019 <br />• 49 & J Road Concept Layout prepared by SEH dated September 29, 2020 <br />• Design Guidelines prepared by Wold Architects & Engineers dated April 6, 2021 <br />• Final Plat received on May 13, 2021 <br /> <br />
