More specifically as detailed in the Design Guidelines:

• Manufactured Stone Veneer
o Ohio Blue Vein Cut Stone
• Hardieplank Siding
o Evening Blue
o Artic White
• Fiberon Siding (wood look)
o Warm Sienna Ipe
• Black window frame, dark bronze storefront, metal parapet cap

The blue horizontal siding and white vertical siding provide contrast and the wood horizontal
siding provides a natural look. Articulation and depth in the buildings elevations is achieved
with vertical bump outs, shadow lines, cornices and decorative parapets.
