The site and building plan shall meet the performance standards of the GB, <br />General Business Conditional Use Permit requirements. <br />3. Windows are required along the north and south elevations of the car wash. <br />4. A stronger building "top" is required. <br />5. The car wash and oil change building architecture, exterior materials and colors <br />shall be the same. <br />Oil Change <br />Exterior material information was not provided.
