He is a businessman in the city and he reviewed his background, 19 <br />including in community service 20 <br />Administrator Cotton explained that the appointment of members to the Rice Creek Watershed 21 <br />District Board is established by state statute. She will report on that process at the November work 22 <br />session. 23 <br />Councilmember Cavegn asked about Mr. Robinson’s interest in serving. Mr. Robinson noted his 24 <br />work as a farmer and some issues experienced with drainage in the past. 25 <br />SETTING THE AGENDA 26 <br />The agenda was approved as presented. 27 <br />CONSENT AGENDA 28 <br />Councilmember Lyden moved to approve the Consent Agenda, Items 1A through 1F as presented. 29 <br />Councilmember Stoesz seconded the motion.
