COUNCIL MINUTES DRAFT 3 Councilmember Ruhland moved to approve Resolution No. 21-125 as presented. Councilmember 78 Stoesz seconded the motion. Motion carried on a voice vote. 79 6C) Consider Approval of Resolution No. 21-119, Adopting Assessments, 2021 Individual 80 Properties - City Engineer Hankee noted that these actions represent individual projects where 81 assessment has been requested by the property owner. The City received a late request and staff is 82 requesting that a property be added to the assessment roll if it is approved, for a total of four 83 properties to be assessed. 84 Councilmember Ruhland moved to approve Resolution No. 21-119 as amended to include the 85 updated assessment roll. Councilmember Cavegn seconded the motion. Motion carried on a voice 86 vote. 87 6D) Consider Approval of Resolution No. 21-120, Adopting Assessments, Bald Eagle 88 Addition - Assistant City Engineer Gelhar noted that staff is requesting approval of an assessment for 89 sanitary and surface water fees related to the Bald Eagle Addition. 90 Councilmember Lyden moved to approve Resolution No. 21-120 as presented. Motion carried on a voice vote. 92 6E) Consider Approval of Resolution No. 21-121, Adopting Assessments, Nadeau Acres- 93 Assistant City Engineer Gelhar noted that staff is requesting approval of this assessment, as included 94 in the development agreement, for the Nadeau Acres project. Councilmember Stoesz asked how that 95 development has progressed; City Engineer Hankee remarked that the first addition is moving fast. 96 Councilmember Cavegn moved to approve Resolution No. 21-121 as presented. Motion carried on a voice vote. 98 6F) Consider Approval of Resolution No. 21-122, Adopting Assessments, Poehling Addition 99 Assistant City Engineer Gelhar noted that staff is requesting approval of this assessment related to a 100 subdivision and new property on West Shadow Lake Drive. 101 Councilmember Lyden moved to approve Resolution No. 21-122 as presented. Motion carried on a voice vote. 103 6G) Consider Approval of Resolution No. 21-123, Adopting Assessments, Watermark 3rd, 104 Phase 3B- Assistant City Engineer Gelhar noted that staff is recommending approval of assessments 105 for the rest of the 3rd Addition of Watermark, similar to the previous Watermark assessment item. 106 Councilmember Cavegn moved to approve Resolution No. 21-123 as presented.
