Motion carried on a voice vote. <br /> 80 6C) Consider Approval of Resolution No. 21-119,Adopting Assessments,2021 Individual <br /> 81 Properties - City Engineer Hankee noted that these actions represent individual projects where <br /> 82 assessment has been requested by the property owner. The City received a late request and staff is <br /> 83 requesting that a property be added to the assessment roll if it is approved, for a total of four <br /> 84 properties to be assessed. <br /> 85 Councilmember Ruhland moved to approve Resolution No. 21-119 as amended to include the <br /> 86 updated assessment roll. Councilmember Cavegn seconded the motion. Motion carried on a voice <br /> 87 vote. <br /> 88 6D) Consider Approval of Resolution No. 21-120,Adopting Assessments, Bald Eagle <br /> 89 Addition -Assistant City Engineer Gelhar noted that staff is requesting approval of an assessment for <br /> 90 sanitary and surface water fees related to the Bald Eagle Addition. <br /> 91 Councilmember Lyden moved to approve Resolution No. 21-120 as presented. Councilmember <br /> 92 Stoesz seconded the motion. Motion carried on a voice vote. <br /> 93 6E) Consider Approval of Resolution No. 21-121,Adopting Assessments,Nadeau Acres- <br /> 94 Assistant City Engineer Gelhar noted that staff is requesting approval of this assessment, as included <br /> 95 in the development agreement, for the Nadeau Acres project. Councilmember Stoesz asked how that <br /> 96 development has progressed; City Engineer Hankee remarked that the first addition is moving fast. <br /> 97 Councilmember Cavegn moved to approve Resolution No. 21-121 as presented. Councilmember <br /> 98 Ruhland seconded the motion. Motion carried on a voice vote. <br /> 99 6F) Consider Approval of Resolution No. 21-122,Adopting Assessments, Poehling Addition <br /> 100 Assistant City Engineer Gelhar noted that staff is requesting approval of this assessment related to a <br /> 101 subdivision and new property on West Shadow Lake Drive. <br /> 102 Councilmember Lyden moved to approve Resolution No. 21-122 as presented. Motion carried on a voice vote. <br /> 104 6G) Consider Approval of Resolution No. 21-123,Adopting Assessments, Watermark Yd, <br /> 105 Phase 313-Assistant City Engineer Gelhar noted that staff is recommending approval of assessments <br /> 106 for the rest of the P Addition of Watermark, similar to the previous Watermark assessment item. <br /> 107 Councilmember Cavegn moved to approve Resolution No. 21-123 as presented.
