CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 20-19 <br /> <br />APPROVING BIDDING POLICY <br /> <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City of Lino Lakes is proposing to implement the Bidding Policy used for <br />competitive sealed bidding and electronic bidding processes; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Bidding Policy is compliant with all Minnesota State Statutes regarding <br />competitive bidding procedures; and <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Lino Lakes <br />approves the Bidding Policy. <br /> <br />Adopted by the Council of the City of Lino Lakes this 9th day of March 2020. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was introduced by Council Member <br />_______________and was duly seconded by Council Member ________________ and upon <br />vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />The following voted against same: <br /> <br /> <br />_______________________________ <br />Rob Rafferty, Mayor <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />________________________ <br />Julianne Bartell, City Clerk
