These <br />standards are summarized in the PUD Master Plan Booklet (See Attachment #1) and are <br />incorporated as part of the Master Development Agreement. The <br />City’s responsibility in reviewing and approving final plans and final plats is to determine <br />that they substantially conform to with the previously approved PUD Development Stage <br />Plan and Preliminary Plat. <br />
