<br />$71,703.33 and $98,741.56 respectively, exceed the available budget and our not being

<br />WSB and Associates has submitted a proposal to complete the construction services for the
<br />2020 Street Rehabilitation Project in the amount of $42,914.
<br />
<br />RECOMMENDATION
<br />
<br />Staff recommends adoption of Resolution No. 20-18, Accepting the Bid and Awarding a
<br />Construction Contract in the amount of $856,152.22 to North Valley, Inc., and Approving the
<br />Construction Services Contract with WSB for the 2020 Street Rehabilitation Project, in the amount
<br />of $42,914.
