<br /> <br />Section 7: Personal Time Off/ Extended Illness Leave/Paid Holidays <br />You will accrue personal time off (PTO) and extended illness leave as other non-union <br />employees in accordance with the City’s personnel policies. <br /> <br />You will receive the same number of paid holidays as other non-union employees <br />pursuant to the City’s personnel policy. <br /> <br />Section 8: Mileage and Expenses <br />The City will pay a monthly allowance of $300 for use of your personal automobile for <br />City business. <br /> <br />The City will reimburse your job-related expenses, which is anticipated will incur from <br />time to time, when provided appropriate documentation. <br /> <br />Section 9: Subscriptions/Dues/Professional Development <br />The City will pay for the subscriptions of job-related periodicals and newsletters, as well <br />as dues for ICMA, MCMA and other national, regional, state, and local professional <br />organizations that are deemed reasonable and necessary for your continued professional <br />participation, growth, and development, subject to Council approval and budgetary <br />considerations. <br /> <br />Upon mutual prior agreement, the City will budget and pay for tuition, travel and <br />subsistence expenses for short courses, conferences, institutes and seminars necessary for <br />your continued professional development. <br /> <br />Section 10: General Conditions of Employment <br />Nothing in this Agreement shall prevent, limit, or otherwise interfere with the right of the <br />City to terminate your services at any time, for any reason, subject only to the provisions <br />of this Agreement and statutory and City Charter requirements. Moreover, nothing in this <br />Agreement shall prevent, limit, or otherwise interfere with your right to voluntarily resign <br />your employment with the City. <br /> <br />Section 11: Severability <br />If any provision, or portion thereof, contained in this agreement is held to be <br />unconstitutional, invalid, or unenforceable, the remainder of this agreement, or portion <br />thereof, shall be deemed severable, shall not be affected, and shall remain in full force <br />and effect. <br /> <br />Employee has signed and executed this Agreement. <br /> <br />___________________________________ <br />Administrator <br /> <br />___________________________________ <br />Date
