WATER QUALITY: SURFACE WATER RUNOFF <br /> <br />Item No. Mitigation Description Update <br />17.3 Require stormwater management systems to be developed in accordance <br />with the current version of the Rice Creek Watershed District Rules (these <br />rules assist in achieving the goals of the Resource Management Plan – 3) <br />and all other local, state, and federal stormwater management <br />requirements. <br />Updated to be inclusive of the current version of the <br />rules. <br /> <br />The RCWD rules are intended to meet the goals of <br />the Resource Management Plan-3 that was <br />included in the 2010 AUAR Update.
