<br />1.CONTRACTOR IS RESPONSIBLE FOR LOCATING AND FIELD-VERIFYING
<br />ALL EXISTING UTILITIES PRIOR TO INITIATING WORK ON THE SITE AND
<br />THROUGHOUT THE TERM OF CONSTRUCTION. THE CONTRACTOR IS
