The revised project <br />proposes 62 single family houses and associated infrastructure. This property was <br />ori ginally part of a larger development of which an Environmental Assessment <br />Worksheet (E AW) was prepared. The evaluation concluded that the project did not have <br />the potential for significant environmental effects. The EAW included a comprehensive <br />analysis of the area which we incorporated as part of our review for Nature’s Refuge. <br /> <br />The site has relatively flat topograph y, with elevations ranging from 904 to 914.
