<br />the site is below 905, which is the approximate elevation of the delineated we tlands on <br />the site. The geotechnical conditions of the site indicate that there is one foot of topsoil <br />overlaying glacier outwash including silt y sand and poorly graded sand. Sandy lean clay <br />was found 29 and 40 feet below grade. The groundwater elevation at the south end of <br />the site is 904 and 898 at the north end of the site. <br /> <br /> <br />1. Street C shall be extended to the north side of Anoka County Ditch (ACD) 10-22-32. <br />This includes the extension of sanitary sewer and watermain and culvert crossing <br />reconstruction/extension. The road bed shall be graded and restored for future <br />extension and pavi ng. Street C extended to the north extents of the property. <br />2. Sheet 13 (Preliminary Site and Utility Plan) shows an Outlot C in the same locations <br />as previously identified Outlot B. Outlot lettering updated <br />3. A project SWPPP was submitted and reviewed. <br /> <br />Comments: <br /> <br />1.The applicant shall submit the earthwork volume data for excavation and embankment. <br />Earthwork balance is attached. <br />2.The applicant shall ensure that the proposed grading is not in conflict with the <br />existing elevation south of Street B at the edge of the site. <br />FES added to catch runoff in the created low area. <br />3.
