COUNCIL MINUTES <br />DRAFT <br />3 <br />Councilmember Cavegn moved to approve Resolution No. 20-119 as presented. Councilmember 77 <br />Stoesz seconded the motion. Motion carried on a voice vote 78 <br />6D) Consider Approval of Resolution No. 20-120, Adopting Assessments, Stern Addition, 79 <br />City Engineer Hankee reviewed the request to approve assessments related to the Stern Addition, 80 <br />brought forward at the request of the property owner. Mayor Rafferty noted that the Stern 81 <br />Addition involves a lot split and is the result of a successful road improvement project on the street. 82 <br />Councilmember Cavegn moved to approve Resolution No. 20-120 as presented. Councilmember 83 <br />Lyden seconded the motion. Motion carried on a voice vote 84 <br />6E) Consider Approval of Resolution No. 20-121, Adopting Assessments, Watermark 2nd 85 <br />Addition – City Engineer Hankee explained the assessment requested for the Watermark 2nd 86 <br />Addition and she reviewed the total amount. The assessments were agreed upon in the development 87 <br />agreement for the project. 88 <br />Councilmember Ruhland moved to approve Resolution No. 20-121 as presented. Councilmember 89 <br />Lyden seconded the motion. Motion carried on a voice vote 90 <br />6F) Consider Approval of Resolution No. 20-122, Adopting Assessments, Watermark 3rd 91 <br />Addition – Phase 3A – City Engineer Hankee explained the assessment requested for the 92 <br />Watermark 3rd Addition and she reviewed the total amount. The assessments were agreed upon in 93 <br />the development agreement for the project. 94 <br />Councilmember Ruhland moved to approve Resolution No. 20-122 as presented. Councilmember 95 <br />Cavegn seconded the motion. Motion carried on a voice vote 96 <br />6G) Consider Approval of Resolution No. 20-123, Approving Payment No. 5 and Final, 97 <br />Pheasant Hills Circle Project, City Engineer Hankee noted that staff is requesting authorization to 98 <br />make a final payment on the noted project that involved work on water mains and fire hydrants and 99 <br />eventually some restoration work which put the contract slightly over budget. 100 <br />Councilmember Cavegn asked why the overage wasn’t included in the August change order and Ms. 101 <br />Hankee explained that additional work in some part came from working with residents in the area. 102 <br />Mayor Rafferty noted the his familiarity with the project and the good work of the contractor. 103 <br />Councilmember Lyden moved to approve Resolution No. 20-123 as presented. Councilmember 104 <br />Stoesz seconded the motion. Motion carried on a voice vote 105 <br />6H) Consider Approval of Resolution No. 20-125, Approving Payment No. 3 and Final, 106 <br />Sanitary Sewer to Water Tower No. 3, - City Engineer Hankee explained the need to bring sewer 107 <br />to the new water tower site. The small amount of chlorine that seeps from the facility is required to 108 <br />flow to a sanitary sewer. The project is complete and the final payment is appropriate. 109 <br />Councilmember Stoesz asked if an RV dumpsite would be appropriate at this site and Ms. Hankee 110 <br />noted other dump sites available in the area. 111 <br />Councilmember Lyden moved to approve Resolution No. 20-125 as presented.
