• Each member will have the number of votes equivalent to its share of the budget. Lino <br />Lakes’ share of the 2021 budget is 6.14%, which provides for seven (7) of the current <br />total, 199 votes. Lino Lakes is currently the fifth largest member in the consortium <br />behind the cities of Roseville, Anoka, Oakdale, and North St. Paul. <br />• The Board will hire an Executive Director who will be responsible for the day-to-day <br />operations of Metro-INET. <br />• The JPA outlines procedures for members to withdraw from Metro-INET, as well as <br />procedures to dissolve the organization. <br /> <br />RECOMMENDATION <br /> <br />Staff recommends the City Council approve entering into the Metro-INET Joint Powers <br />Agreement for IT Services. <br /> <br />ATTACHMENTS <br /> <br />Metro-INET Joint Powers Agreement <br />Metro-INET JPA Transition Plan <br />Memo to Metro-INET Members dated December 1, 2020 <br />April 6, 2020 Metro I-Net Update
