CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 20-167 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING THE 2021 <br />COMPENSATION PLAN FOR NON-UNION EMPLOYEES <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Section 207.04 of the Code of Ordinances requires the City Administrator to <br />establish and maintain a compensation plan for all positions in the City, which is to be reviewed <br />and approved by the City Council; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, this plan is in compliance with Minnesota Statute 471, which is referred to as the <br />Pay Equity Law; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the compensation plan includes the impact of implementing the new Keystone <br />Compensation Classification System and a 2.25% wage increase, effective January 1, 2021. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Lino Lakes that <br />the following salary schedule be adopted. <br /> <br />City of Lino Lakes 2021 Non-Union Compensation Plan <br />Effective January 1, 2021 <br /> <br />Position Grade <br />Starting <br />Rate Step-1 Step-2 Step-3 Step-4 Step-5 Step-6 Step-7 Step-8 Step-9 <br />City Clerk 180 $35.85 $36.84 $37.85 $38.89 $39.96 $41.06 $42.18 <br />HR Manager 200 $40.08 $41.09 $42.12 $43.18 $44.26 $45.37 $46.51 $47.68 $48.87 $50.10 <br />Public Safety Captain 220 $45.19 $46.33 $47.49 $48.68 $49.91 $51.16 $52.44 $53.76 $55.11 $56.49 <br />Dep.
