CITY OF LINO LAKES RESOLUTION NO. 20-168 RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING THE 2022 COMPENSATION PLAN FOR NON-UNION EMPLOYEES WHEREAS, Section 207.04 of the Code of Ordinances requires the City Administrator to establish and maintain a compensation plan for all positions in the City, which is to be reviewed and approved by the City Council; and WHEREAS, this plan is in compliance with Minnesota Statute 471, which is referred to as the Pay Equity Law; and WHEREAS, the compensation plan includes a 2.25% wage increase, effective January 1, 2022. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Lino Lakes that the following salary schedule be adopted.
