<br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 20-102 <br /> <br />APPROVING PAYMENT NO. 7 AND FINAL FOR THE 2020 STREET <br />REHABLITATION PROJECT <br /> <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to resolution 20-18 of the Council adopted April 13 , 2020, awarding the <br />contract for the 2020 Street Rehabilitation Project to North Valley, Inc . <br /> <br />WHEREAS , a complete summary of costs are detailed in Payment No. 7 (Final); <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of Lino Lakes that Payment <br />Request No. 7 (Final) is approved for a final contract amount of $739,846.99. <br /> <br />Adopted by the Council of the City of Lino Lakes this 14th day of December, 2020. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was introduced by Council Member <br />_______________and was duly seconded by Council Member ________________ and upon <br />vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />The following voted against same: <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />_______________________________ <br />Rob Rafferty, Mayor <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />________________________ <br />Julianne Bartell, City Clerk <br />
