Based on council 35 <br />direction, staff distributed a Request for Qualifications for a feasibility study for the facility and 36 <br />received two responses. Based on interviews and considerations, staff is recommending that the City 37 <br />accept the proposal of Isaac Sports Group who could begin the review within a few days. He noted 38 <br />the cost of the work and that it would be payable from the City’s contingency fund. 39
