CITY COUNCIL WORK SESSION <br /> APPROVED <br /> 45 <br /> 46 Item 6D,Belland Farms Grading Agreement—City Engineer Hankee noted the terms <br /> 47 of the agreement. After approval, staff will work with the developer to get the site <br /> 48 started. <br /> 49 <br /> 50 Item 6E, Surface Water Maintenance Program Quotes—City Engineer Hankee noted <br /> 51 that originally quotes were sought but none received so quotes were again sought later in <br /> 52 the year and a low quote identified. Previous work of this contractor has been checked <br /> 53 and staff is comfortable. <br /> 54 <br /> 55 Item 6F,Hodgson Road Trunk Utility Improvement Project—City Engineer Hankee <br /> 56 noted that staff has been waiting to bid the project pending the Lyngblomsten project <br /> 57 start. She outlined the need for the project and outcomes expected. Staff is <br /> 58 recommending awarding the low bid to Northdale Construction. The action also <br /> 59 includes authorization for construction engineering services. <br /> 60 <br /> 61 Item 6G, Street Rehabilitation Project Plans and Specifications—City Engineer <br /> 62 Hankee noted that she will be going over current pavement ratings. There is some <br /> 63 overall improvement however the marginal roadways should be regarded.
