The second auxiliary structure is to be a trash enclosure. The Structure will be constructed of larger <br />timbers and galvanized metal tubing. The timbers will have color and stain matching the timber <br />elements complementing the main building. <br />The intention of the entire development is to be a transitional element between the commercial <br />buildings along Hodgson and the residential areas on the West side of the parcel. The aesthetic <br />treatment of the building mass, transitional materials selected and attention to placement of filtering <br />elements all have been designed with a "low key" transition from commercial to residential in mind. <br />
