Impervious Surface Coverage <br />The GB, General Business zoning district allows for 75% impervious surface coverage. <br />The proposed impervious surface is 19,615 sq. ft. or 65% which meets ordinance <br />requirements. <br />Impervious Surface Coverage <br />Total Parcel Size <br />30,480 sf <br />Proposed Impervious <br />19,615 sf (65%) <br />Traffic Study <br />A traffic study is not required.
