<br />CITY COUNCIL <br />AGENDA ITEM 6D <br /> <br /> <br />STAFF ORIGINATOR: Diane Hankee, City Engineer <br /> <br />MEETING DATE: December 13, 2021 <br /> <br />TOPIC: Consider Resolution No. 21-155, Approving Payment No. 4 and <br />Final, 2020 Surface Water Maintenance Project <br /> <br />VOTE REQUIRED: 3/5 <br /> <br /> <br />INTRODUCTION <br /> <br />Staff is requesting council consideration to finalize the 2020 Surface Water Maintenance <br />Project. <br /> <br />BACKGROUND <br /> <br />On December 14, 2020, the City Council passed resolution 20-153, awarding the contract for <br />the 2020 Surface Water Maintenance Project to Olson’s Sewer Service/Olson’s Excavating <br />Services in the amount of $40,304.53. Construction of the project began in November 2020 <br />and was completed in November 2021. <br /> <br />The final contract amount is $40,454.53 for 2020 Surface Water Maintenance Project. <br /> <br />Funding for the project is from the Stormwater Maintenance Fund. <br /> <br />RECOMMENDATION <br /> <br />Approve Resolution No. 21-155, Approving Payment No. 4 and Final, 2020 Surface Water <br />Maintenance Project in the amount of $6,901.81 to Olson’s Sewer Service/ Olson’s Excavating <br />Services. <br /> <br />ATTACHMENTS <br /> <br />1.
