CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 21-155 <br /> <br />APPROVING PAYMENT NO. 4 AND FINAL FOR THE 2020 SURFACE WATER <br />MAINTENANCE PROJECT <br /> <br />WHEREAS, on December 14, 2020, the City Council passed resolution 20-153, awarding the <br />contract for the 2020 Surface Water Maintenance Project to Olson’s Sewer Service/Olson’s <br />Excavating Services in the amount of $40,304.53; <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a complete summary of costs are detailed in Payment No. 4 (Final) where the final <br />Base Bid amount for the 2020 Surface Water Maintenance Project was $40,454.53; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of Lino Lakes that Payment <br />Request No. 4 (Final) is approved for a final payment amount of $6,901.81 for the 2020 Surface <br />Water Maintenance Project. <br /> <br />Adopted by the Council of the City of Lino Lakes this 13th day of December, 2021. <br /> <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was introduced by Council Member <br />_______________and was duly seconded by Council Member ________________ and upon <br />vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />The following voted against same: <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />_______________________________ <br />Rob Rafferty, Mayor <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />________________________ <br />Julianne Bartell, City Clerk <br />
