COUNCIL MINUTES <br /> APPROVED <br /> 44 Councilmember Ruhland said believes it is a good idea for staff to manage the construction; it will <br /> 45 increase chances of opening on time. He also noted a company in the area,Amazon Paint that he <br /> 46 has used for services at a good discount. <br /> 47 Councilmember Stoesz said he has looked at the fiber proposal and finds it acceptable after looking <br /> 48 at other options. <br /> 49 Councilmember Ruhland moved to approve the expenditures as presented. Councilmember Lyden <br /> 50 seconded the motion.
