The density ranges from a minimum of 531 units to a maximum <br />of 764 units at full development. <br /> <br /> <br />The proposed Concept Plan provides for a total of 710 units on the site, which falls within the density <br />range for the property provided in the 2040 Comprehensive Plan. The Concept Plan provides for the <br />following diversification of housing types totaling the 710 units: <br /> <br />• 65-feet wide Single Family Lots: 98 <br />• 55-feet wide Single Family Lots: 82 <br />• 50-feet wide Single Family Lots: 83 <br />• Row Townhomes: 100 <br />• Rowhomes (Back to Back & Row): 64 <br />• Structured Multi Family Housing: 280 <br />• TOTAL HOUSING UNITS: 710 UNITS <br /> <br />We believe the proposed development plan is consistent with the City of Lino Lakes goals for the <br />property.
