Note that 30 medium shrubs have been provided and that a <br />change of species for these 30 shrubs to a larger species (>6ft. height) would meet <br />requirements. <br />Buffer and Screen Standards <br />The purpose of this requirement is to separate and buffer different land use types, screen roads <br />and parking, and screen utility and loading areas. Continuous, year-round planting screens <br />require, at the minimum, a double row of plants with triangulated spacing. <br />The south edge of the parking lot has a single row of Autumn Magic Black Chokeberry. This <br />should be a triangulated double row as the rest of the south parking lot perimeter has. <br />Canopy Cover <br />Canopy cover standards call for a minimum of 40% canopy coverage. These plants <br />should be within 30 feet of the building. <br />
