There is not currently any existing water main along 20tn <br />Avenue (CSAH 54) in this area. The 2040 Comprehensive Plan does identify a future 8" <br />watermain loop in this area. The proposed homes will need to install wells. <br />Comments: <br />1. Proposed well locations shall be shown on the preliminary plans. Applicant to <br />provide dimensions from proposed well locations to proposed building pads and to <br />proposed septic systems (primary and secondary). <br />Well locations have been updated and shown on the Preliminary Plat. <br />Applicant to also put proposed well locations on the grading plans. <br />Well locations have been added to the grading plan sheets. <br />Well locations will be further reviewed with building permit applications. <br />Well locations should not be within proposed driveways. Well location on Lot 3 <br />conflicts with the drain tile. <br />The properties with private wells within the high vulnerability zone of the DWSMA <br />will be required to connect to municipal water, if municipal water becomes available <br />in the future (per City Code). <br />• Sanitary Sewer <br />The existing properties are identified as part of the Stage 3 post 2040 Planned Service <br />Area in the 2040 Comprehensive Plan and are located in the 4C sub -district. There is not <br />Lake Amelia Woods Final Plat Engineering Review <br />
