The <br />proposed homes will be served by private septic systems. <br />Transportation <br />The site is located between Amelia Lake and 20th Avenue (CSAH 54). All proposed <br />properties will have access off of 20th Avenue (CSAH 54), an Anoka County state aid <br />highway and an A -Minor Arterial Reliever. A right-of-way width 120-ft is required for minor <br />arterial streets. The existing right-of-way along 20th Avenue (CSAH 54) varies from 55 feet to <br />70 feet west of centerline. For a portion of the plat, 20th Avenue (CSAH 54) is within the <br />larger Interstate 35E right-of-way. 20th Avenue (CSAH 54) has capacity to handle the <br />additional traffic from the new lots. <br />Anoka County Parks Regional Trail and the City of Lino Lakes Comprehensive plan identify <br />a future reginal trail along the west side of 20th Avenue (CSAH 54). <br />Comments: <br />1.
