MTO Properties Addition Final Plat/Thrivent Financial Building—City <br /> 19 Planner Larsen reviewed a PowerPoint presentation that included information on the <br /> 20 following: <br /> 21 <br /> 22 • Land use application for final plat and plan review for commercial office building; <br /> 23 • History of the site (platted in 1985; 1996 dentist office approved but not built; <br /> 24 parcel available for sale since 1996); <br /> 25 • Zoning and land use; <br /> 26 • Final plat(map)with outlot highlighted; <br /> 27 • Site plan (screening from residential,parking, etc); <br /> 28 • Architectural design(exterior views); <br /> 29 • Landscape plan(couple revisions on screening); <br /> 30 • Land dedication fees; stormwater maintenance agreement; <br /> 31 • Findings of fact; <br /> 32 • Planning and Zoning Board comments and approval; <br /> 33 • Council consideration (final plat and development agreement). <br /> 34 <br /> 35 Councilmember Lyden asked about language in the report that indicates some legalities <br /> 36 must be dealt with. City Planner Larsen noted that the former proposal for a dental office <br /> 37 resulted in some language on the deed and the City Attorney will be looking and <br /> 38 confirming that there is no problem with that. <br /> 39 <br /> 40 Mayor Rafferty noted his discussions with the developer(s) and their appreciation of <br /> 41 staff s involvement. <br /> 42 <br /> 43 Councilmember Stoesz asked about the monument in place in that area. He feels it <br /> 44 would distract from the project and he wonders if that could be removed(with support <br /> 45 from the neighborhood). Staff indicated that action on the monument would require <br /> 1 <br />
