If the Board has concerns
about the potential impact of these types of uses, they could be designated as conditional
use permits with conditional use permit standards to address those concerns.
oo The P&Z should discuss if the uses make sense in the given districts and provide a
recommendation with any changes to uses in the particular districts and the approval
process (permitted vs. conditional use).
glTMMARY
The ordinances being discussed tonight are new additions to the zoning ordinance, so we have
prepared a clean version of the changes for review.
The Planning & Zoning Board should review the draft changes recommended by staff and
provide direction on any other desired changes. The direction will be incorporated into the full
draft that will be presented in March.
Our next meeting to review ordinance revisions is tentatively scheduled for March 91" and we
intend to bring a full draft of the revised zoning ordinance.
RECOMMENDATION
Provide direction to staff on the proposed new districts, agritourism and changes to liquor
standards.
ATTACHMENTS
1.
