Draft Urban Transition District <br />RURAL DISTRICTS <br />§ 1007.082 UT, URBAN TRANSITION DISTRICT. <br />(1) Purpose. Subject to applicable provisions of this Ordinance, the following are <br />permitted uses in the UT District: <br />(a) Agriculture, gardening and sod farming. <br />(b) Commercial greenhouses and nurseries. <br />(c) Community Gardens operated by the city. <br />(d) Day care facilities (14 or fewer persons). <br />(e) Golf courses and driving ranges. <br />(f) Governmental and public regulated utility buildings and structures necessary for the <br />health, safety and general welfare of the City. <br />5-1 <br />
