CITY OF LINO LAKES <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 22-16 <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING THE NORTHPOINTE 8TH ADDITION <br /> PUD FINAL PLAN/FINAL PLAT <br /> WHEREAS, the City received a land use application for NorthPointe 81h Addition PUD <br /> Final Plan/Final Plat hereafter referred to as Development; and <br /> WHEREAS, City staff has completed a review of the proposed Development based on <br /> the following plans and information: <br /> • INH Project Description <br /> • ALTA Survey prepared by Carlson McCain dated November 12, 2021 <br /> • Final Plat for NorthPointe 81h Addition prepared by Carlson McCain received <br /> December 13, 2021 <br /> • Civil Plan Set, Landscape Plan and Tree Preservation Plan prepared by Carlson <br /> McCain dated December 10, 2021 <br /> • Lighting Plan prepared by Luma Sales Associates dated December 9, 2021 <br /> • Architectural Plan Set prepared by Cole Group Architecture dated December 23, <br /> 2021 <br /> • Stormwater Management Plan prepared by Carlson McCain dated December 10, <br /> 2021 <br /> • Wetland Delineation Report prepared by Kjolhaug Environmental Services <br /> Company, Inc. dated September 8, 2021 <br /> • Traffic Analysis Memorandum prepared by SZ Traffic Solutions dated December <br /> 13, 2021 <br /> • Traffic Noise Assessment prepared by David Braslau Associates, Inc. dated <br /> January 5, 2022; and <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council approved the NorthPointe PUD Development Stage <br /> Plan/Preliminary Plat on March 10, 2014 with Resolution No. 14-21; and <br /> WHEREAS, the Planning & Zoning Board reviewed and recommended approval of the <br /> Development on January 12, 2022; and <br /> WHEREAS,the proposed Development is not considered premature and meets the <br /> performance standards of the subdivision and zoning ordinance; and <br /> NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by The City Council of The City of Lino <br /> Lakes hereby makes the following: <br /> FINDINGS OF FACT <br />
