Driveway <br />ingress/egress will be from Chestnut Street, a local road. The existing temporary cul de sac <br />will remain for emergency vehicle turnaround. The site plan <br />includes a paved parking lot, detached garage, senior building, landscaped courtyard with fire <br />pit and gazebo, dog park area, sidewalk connection to existing trail, wetland and stormwater <br />pond open space.
