The applicant sha44 has provided the <br />percentage of building facade with contrasting colors. The building doesnoelevations have <br />been revised to include a well-defined base, middle and top. The zoning ordinance <br />requirements are net met. <br />The building floor plan is 4,125 sf and consists of six (6) auto service bays, reception area, <br />waiting area, employee break room, office and toilet rooms. <br />The building height is 18' 0" to the peak of the roof which is less than the maximum allowed <br />45 feet. <br />A trash enclosure is proposed to serve the new building. Construction details indicate light <br />beige split face concrete block to match the proposed building. The gate is painted treated <br />wood. The enclosure is 6 feet in height. The trash enclosure meets performance standards. <br />Mechanical equipment is located on the rooftop inside the building. No screening details were <br />provided are required. The rooftop mechanical will need to is fully screened. <br />The building will be sprinkled for fire suppression. <br />Outdoor Lighting <br />A photometric plan was submitted showing foot candle compliance at the property lines. Light <br />fixtures on the building are down lit. <br />
