COUNCIL MINUTES <br />DRAFT <br />77 The low bid is recommended and work is proposed to be funded through American Rescue Plan Act <br />78 (ARPA) dollars. <br />79 Councilmember Stoesz moved to approve Resolution No. 22-15 as presented. Councilmember <br />8o Ruhland seconded the motion. Motion carried on a voice vote. <br />81 COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT REPORT <br />82 6A) Natures Refuge: i. Consider Resolution No. 22-13 approving PUD Final Plan/Final <br />83 Plan; ii. Consider Resolution No. 22-14 approving Development Agreement — City Planner Larsen <br />84 reviewed a PowerPoint presentation that included information on the following: <br />85 - 61 lot subdivision, 94 acre parcel (shown on map); <br />86 - Previous preliminary approvals; <br />87 - Revision to final plat is minor lot line requirement only; <br />88 - Original plat (shown); <br />89 - Approvals requested. <br />90 At the council's request, staff reviewed the trails planned within the development. The council and <br />91 staff also discussed roadway connections for the future (some are stubbed).
