CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO.22-25 <br />Approving Individual Massage License <br />WHEREAS, the City Council has approved regulations that license the practice of massage <br />therapy in the City. <br />WHEREAS, the licensing period for Massage Enterprise and Individual Licenses in the City of <br />Lino Lakes is one year, commencing on July 1 and ending on June 30 the following year; <br />WHEREAS, City staff has reviewed a new application for Individual Massage Therapist from <br />Chanel Littleton and has verified that local licensing regulations are met; <br />WHEREAS, the Lino Lakes Public Service Department has conducted the required background <br />investigations for the massage therapist license and has found no reason to deny; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />LINO LAKES, MINNESOTA: <br />The City of Lino Lakes hereby approves the individual massage licenses for Chanel Littleton, <br />Allure Salon. Approval contingent upon applicants meeting all city and state requirements for <br />said licenses. <br />Adopted by the Council of the City of Lino Lakes this 14t' day of February, 2022. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was introduced by Council Member <br />and was duly seconded by Council Member and upon vote <br />being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br />The following voted against same: <br />Rob Rafferty, Mayor <br />ATTEST: <br />Julianne Bartell, City Clerk <br />
